Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket and registration payments are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including non-attendance, change of mind, or personal emergencies.
Transfers instead of refunds: at our discretion, your registration may be transferred to a future session or event of the same program type only (for example, a future edition of the same workshop, theatre program, or series). Transfers are not available across different program types.
To request a transfer, contact drmenakaofficialssm@gmail.com before the event date, with your booking details and reason for the request. Transfers are not automatic or guaranteed, and are limited to one per booking.
If the future session costs more, you will need to pay the difference; no refund is given if it costs less.
Organizer-initiated changes: The Screen Smart Movement reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program. If we cancel, affected participants will be offered a full refund.

By registering for or attending any Screen Smart Movement program, or purchasing a ticket through this website, you agree to all of the above.
