1. About The Screen Smart Movement

The Screen Smart Movement conducts workshops, events, theatre, and immersive learning experiences focused on child development, reconnecting and reclaiming childhood, screen awareness, performing arts, nature-based learning, and critical thinking.

2. Participation

By registering or attending any Screen Smart Movement program, you agree to:

• Participate respectfully
• Take responsibility for children as a parent or guardian
• Understand that sessions may involve reflection, discussion, and behaviour-change practices

3. Intellectual Property

All session content, frameworks, activities, and methodologies are the intellectual property of The Screen Smart Movement. You may not record sessions without permission, reproduce or distribute content, or use it for teaching or commercial purposes.

4. Media Consent

Photos and videos may be captured during sessions for awareness, documentation, website, and social media use. Participants can request anonymity or opt out.

5. Payments and Registration

• Registration and ticket booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Fees vary by program type, and advance payment may be required.
• Payments are processed via our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay); we do not store your card or payment details.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Transfers

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must respect facilitators and others, follow instructions, and avoid disruptive behaviour. Violation may result in removal without refund.

8. Health and Safety

Some sessions involve movement and outdoor exposure. Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions. The Screen Smart Movement is not liable for injuries arising from participant negligence.

9. Nature-Based Programs

For farm or outdoor sessions: respect nature, animals, and the ecosystem; no littering or damage; follow all safety guidelines.

10. Alignment Clause

The Screen Smart Movement reserves the right to decline participation or collaborations that do not align with its values of child well-being, sustainability, and conscious living.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Screen Smart Movement is not responsible for personal loss or damage, injuries due to participant negligence, or external or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Educational Disclaimer

All sessions are educational and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
